Congress Fees

• Standard Participant Fee: €750
•  "Kazimierz Siemienowicz Award" Competition Participant: €570
•  Accompanying Person Fee:* €680 (applies to shared double room occupancy)

 *An accompanying person cannot be the author or co-author of any paper or poster presented at the Congress.

 Important Dates & Surcharges

 Late Registration: From August 23, 2026, a surcharge of €120 applies to the Congress fee.

 Registration Deadline: Registration closes strictly on September 23, 2026.

 The Congress Fee Includes:

•  Participation in all scientific sessions.
•  Participation in social events: Grill Dinner (13 Oct) and Congress Gala Dinner (15 Oct).
•  Coffee breaks and lunches during the Congress, as scheduled in the Programme.
•  Welcome package and access to Congress proceedings (excluded for accompanying persons).

PLEASE NOTE: The Congress fee does not include accommodation costs. Participants are responsible for booking and covering the costs of their own accommodation and any meals not listed in the Programme.
