Plenary Presentation
If your paper is selected for an plenary presentation, please note that:
- The total time allotted is a maximum of 15 minutes, including 10–12 minutes for the presentation itself and 3–5 minutes for the subsequent discussion. Please be aware that presentations for the competition are strictly limited to a maximum of 10 minutes.
- You are kindly requested to prepare your slides in a 16:9 aspect ratio, ensuring high contrast against the background for optimal legibility.
- It is essential to contact the session chairman before the session begins.
- All presentations must be provided in Microsoft PowerPoint format, as a dedicated computer system will be at your disposal; please ensure there is sufficient time to upload and test your file on the system. Please note that the organizing committee does not allow the connection of personal laptops.
Poster Presentation
If your paper is selected for a poster presentation, please note that:
- Posters will remain on display throughout the entire duration of the scheduled session.
- At least one author is expected to be present at the poster during the session to engage with participants.
- The available space for each poster is limited to a maximum of 1 meter in width and 2 meters in height.
- Prior to the session, you will find your designated space marked with your paper's specific reference number (e.g., P1, P2), where you should mount your poster.
- Finally, please ensure that your poster is removed immediately following the conclusion of the session.
