The Congress Organizer does not provide accommodation.
Accommodation at the Hotel Windsor**** is only possible after providing a password, which Participants will receive in a return email after registering via the Congress registration form.
Participants must contact the Hotel Windsor**** reception desk by sending an email to Recepcja@WindsorHotel.pl to reserve a room, providing the password they received.
When booking a double room, please provide the name and surname of the person you would prefer to share the room with.
In accordance with the Congress Regulations, Participants who cancel their participation in the Congress are obligated to immediately cancel their accommodation reservation.
